Teachers are connecting with and supporting students using a wide variety of tools. This page will provide general resources and information on the software and tools being utilized in the district.

One of the key pieces of software used in the district is the Microsoft Education Suite.  Included in this software suite is a remote collaboration and communication tool called Microsoft Teams. To get the full functionality of Teams, student will need to login using their district email account. All students in SD 6 are issued an email and schools can help students with email addresses and passwords if you experience login issues. Students do not need to create a different Microsoft or 365 account to use this technology. For more information on Microsoft Teams please see these valuable resources provided by Microsoft.

Another key resource used in the district is our district portal and portfolio solution. Many of you may be aware of this already.  If teachers are using this resource they will provide information on it and help you. Guides and resources for parents and students are provided below.
