Today, all staff in SD6 met at David Thompson Secondary School for the District Day of Learning.  Staff reconnected with their colleagues from across the District and had the honour of hearing Andrew Stobo Sniderman and Douglas Sanderson (Amo Binashii) deliver a keynote address of their book "Valley of the Birdtail" in person. 

The day was focused on Truth and Reconciliation which provided staff with professional development opportunities with local knowledge keepers, teachers, District leadership, and our keynote speakers.  

The senior leadership team is excited to welcome all staff back to the 2024-2025 school year and to have brought all staff together for this wonderful day of learning and sharing.
